First time retailer for this distributor. Had a claim, rep came out and then forgot us. Then lied about it. After months of no progress with the rep, I called the store. Eventually his manager Louis “fixed” the situation, to the tune of about $3000 lost income for my store. The whole claim took 5 months to process, in spite of my regular follow up, first with the rep and then with his manager. When I told the manager I didn’t feel he had handled the situation in a satisfactory way considering everything that had happened, he told me he was “tired of hearing about it.” Very disappointing customer service. As a small store, not much I can do except advise other small stores to shop elsewhere.

This company has everything you need in the way of floor finishing supplies. Only thing they don't do is rent equipment. The oil modified polyurethane they sell, Polo-Plaz brand is the best poly I have ever used. They have sandscreen, sandpaper, rollers, lambswool applicators, stain, glue, you name it. Manager and staff are friendly and helpful. A litt out of the way, but worth your while to visit.

The gentleman that runs the warehouse is extremely polite and very helpful. Always willing to help me out on a price.
