I had an awesome experience with Haley in the fragrance department at Dillard’s. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and really helped me narrow down a scent that fit exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t pressure me at all, just gave honest opinions and great recommendations based on what I liked. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about helping customers find the right fit.
If you're shopping for a new scent or even just curious, ask for Haley — she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. 5 stars all the way.

Dillard's is one clothing store that puts quality and trust as their top values. While I fully respect that, their entire selection is way overpriced. $115 for a medium blue Polo shirt - which is absolutely insane and I get it with the tariffs and inflation but still...even the clearance (at 75% off) is still $40-$60!

Amazing quality but it's all in what you're willing to pay for it

Next time someone gets the bright idea to put flowers on the checkout counters and offer bouquets to people who buy something think about the fact that some people are highly allergic to flowers and just being within close proximity will start an allergic reaction.
