My package is soaking wet because they leave it out where it can get rained on. I’m furious!! And you can’t talk to a person. You can only talk to a machine!! Fed Ex is HORRIBLE!!!!!

In our neighborhood we unanymously despise Fedex becasue they always back up the driveway to deliver packages, often missing the driveway and taking out your sprinkler heads. When asked about this practice they are rude and vulgar. UPS does not use the driveway and USPS does not miss.
