Was traveling from Louisiana to Orange beach with a boat. Had 2 blowouts on the trailer along the way and one was right near Spanish fort. It was about 5pm on a Saturday and I called and told them my situation and they told me they had plenty of tires that size and to come right over. We limped our way there and they took care of us right away and ended up changing 3 of the tires. They were very friendly and really got us out of a bind right before they were about to close. Much appreciated.

Went in one hour and 15 minutes before closing with a leak in the tire. One guy pushing a broom and another doing nothing. Said he didn’t have time to fix the tire. Never had much luck at this location.

My husband noticed what we THOUGHT was a nail in my tire. He works out of town during the week so we took this over for them to take a look at on a Sunday. I will say we had them do an oil change previously and were happy. After the inspected the tire they let us know it has a leak and was too close to the side wall so needed to be replaced (I understand that this is usually the case with nails and side walls) They only had 1 tire and we knew we didn't want to do that. When we got home my husband took a closer look and it was only a carpet tack and hadn't created any kind of a leak. I'm very saddened that we were just lied to. Another place I will never go again. Shame on you Goodyear of Spanish Fort

5 stars is a insult if I could I would give them a easy 10 star review.
I own a small electrical company in Baldwin County and took them the worst of the worst work truck we use to tow and to drop off and pick up temporary power poles.
It drives like a tank I was so concerned about the safety of not only my guys driving it but the innocent drivers that may be around the truck. Because quite frankly, I thought both the front tires are gonna fall off and axle. Had a decent fast and they had an opening.
When I got the truck back it drove better then my personal Truck not to mention they got my AC working at full blast.
I just want to thank the entire team for going above and beyond what I was expecting.
It’s a high mileage work truck and they treated it like it was a newer Cadillac.
Livewire Services is now a customer for life, thank you guys for the great work and the GREAT price!!!!!!

Scheduled an alignment- still had to wait 4 hours but not even the reason for the review. Was misquoted and didn’t find out until attempting to pick up my car. Asked twice for brake measurements since it’s a service that is offered and the guy looked at me like I was stupid for asking where the brake measurements were along with not being able to show a post job inspection sheet.

3 hours for a oil change. And that's with a appointment, AND I now have a front wheel with only 4 studs because they broke one, and on the back I'm missing a lugnut was told the last person must have crossed threaded it and must not have replaced all my lugnuts problem is THEY are the last ones to touch my tires when they rotated them last time!!!!!!! Someone tell me this is ok!!!!

It was a bit confusing communication wise when asking about how long an oil change will take to then receive a response of “45 minutes to an hour to get it back”. I probably misheard. If i had known the process would be around an hour and a half i would have gone to take5 15 minutes away and probably been in and out in half the time.

Wonderful service. I was having difficulty with a different company canceling my tire order without telling me. Goodyear and its employees got the tire ordered and replaced within 48 hours. Fast reliable service and good kind employees. I will come here again if ever needed for tires!!!

So I meant to leave this a few months ago! I took my car to goodyear for a radiator replacement. i paid 1k that i worked HARDDD for. Only for it to turn around and start running hot WORSE THAN BEFORE. i took it BACK to goodyear, here in spanish fort alabama near malbus mall. they told me that now my leak is going into the engine? and they don’t do engine work? so YOU GUYS messed up when fixing my radiator (i knew what the damage was already, had no relation to oil leak and never had an oil problem), and i spent 1k for a week’s worth of peaceful driving five minutes down the road. If someone can reach out to me about this situation, i’d appreciate it. I was advised long ago.

Came in for a tire change / oil change for an apt at 11 am. Vehicle was not finished until 2 pm. Was told maybe an hour tops. Watched several employees joking , on their phones, sitting down, all but not working on 3-4 different occasions . Shop around, I’m sure there are places that can beat prices , but definitely time spent on a vehicle .
