Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and got her the cute Minnie Mouse one. For one the cake tasted like nothing but chemicals. It was so bad the children I had at my house for the celebration would not eat it. (That should tell you something)
I threw the cake straight in the trash because of how bad it was. I called the next morning to inform them and see what I could do. The First Lady who answered the phone had horrible customer service and was as rude as rude could be. She then transferred me to I’m assuming higher up and she was not any better. Highly do not recommend going to them for cakes or at least not the Minnie Mouse cake. It’s a shame, do better public bakery department!!

Not my preferred location, but we stopped by to grab lunch for our son. I waited at the deli for a few minutes without being greeted. A woman who was not of color came up, stood about 3 feet to my right and was greeted within seconds and asked if she needed help. She told him that I was there first, so then he helped me. I asked for the baked chicken tenders meal with two sides. He gave me the tenders in a container by themselves and asked if I needed anything else. Yes. The two sides. He then packages those and asks if I need anything else. Does it still come with bread? Do you have the cornbread muffins? He says yes then proceeds to give me rolls. I just took the food to the checkout, paid, and left. The chicken tenders were extremely dry, and I picked off the parts that weren't for my son to eat. The sides were fine. I won't be going back to that location.

Everything’s great except the speed of the deli service. Incredibly slow in store and online orders are 30 minutes behind on a regular basis.

Easy parking and east to find what you need. The cashier and helper were courteous.

Do not recommend using this Publix Bakery for anything related to baby announcements or anything pregnancy related in general. Head baker was very condescending and not helpful when trying to place a custom cake order for a baby announcement. Told me “we don’t have designs for announcing you are pregnant, if it’s not on the kiosk, we don’t do things like that.”
