Owen absolutely made my night! He took my cart for me, and was extremely nice. I saw him running to take my cart from me after I loaded up my groceries. I saw him helping other customers in any way he can, going above and beyond. He seems very happy to do his job. Please make sure Owwn gets a raise!!

Rouses never has enough cashiers available, so you are waiting in line forever because one or two cashiers are available.

Love the hot food bar and the sea food in the back .Also have the best prices on cooked and fresh seafood that I have seen ,would rather grad a bag to take home ,then go set in a restaurant and wind up not happy with it.Always get full from Rouses hot bar.

I bought a few items, but I had a problem at the register with the cashier. I pd some cash some with card because I wanted cash back n I told her 2 times n she ended up taking the 20.00 n gave me no cash back n acted clueless after, the manager couldnt even help so I ended up having to pay 4.00 at atm just to get 5.00, im still pissed n may never go back

Bought meat and it was spoiled. We drove 60 miles just to see what they had. Boy was in disappointed .lesson learned.

Love this store!! It's clean and shelves are neatly stocked, people that work there are very nice and helpful. The only problem I have is their sushi is not as good as it used to be. Other than that it's the best!
