Lousy haircut for the menu price or at any price for that matter. Pherhaps Amanda was upset I used a coupon, this was my first and last time here. Haircut was free however I tipped my normal amount of $20.00. Haircut was rushed and sloppy did not even trim one side burn and did not notice till next morning. You would think for a new client even with a coupon you would want to wow them not shove them out the door as fast as possible. I have spent as much as $100 and as little as $7 and had a few for free. Honestly even for free I would not go back. Assuming this is the normal process I will definitely not be back at any price.

Your website states that you have pro stylist who are able to style all ethnicities. I brought my 4 year old grandson who is mixed and has textured hair. They did not have the proper tools to cut or style his hair. He was crying so hard because she did not know how to comb his hair out before using the clippers nor did she have the right tools to comb it out. He was so excited on the way to get his haircut but after today and the torture he endured in your shop, he will probably never want another hair cut again. If it wasn't for one of the other stylist stepping in and giving her some advice to put different gels in his hair we would have had to leave with his hair in a mess. Needless to say we will not be back and will not recommend your shop to anyone. If you are going to advertise all ethnicities on your website then please train your stylist in all hair types! Thank you!

It was an excellent haircut. A nice and friendly treatment. Can not find fault with anything. Very well dressed staff. Pleasent temperatur in the room. Was made aware of all additional Services. Always happy to return.

My sons unfortunately chose to get their haircut here today. One has a learning disability and very naive. He was asked if he wanted his hair washed, he said sure, not knowing that he was being charged $10 extra for it.I called to ask if they let him know that when they offered and they did not. Of course they would not give him his money back.I guess it is to much to ask to be honest and have integrity as a merchant.

Brought my son in for an MVP session and ended up spending 40.00 for really nothing . All the extras that are supposed to come along with the MVP were extremely rushed and an afterthought. We did come in on a busy day , so I guess the stylist just wanted to hurry on to the next client. Whatever the case ,I would NOT spend the extra money there again.
