The team at Mavis Tire in Spanish Fort went above and beyond to take care of the tire on my Tesla. They were quick, professional, and made sure the job was done right. I truly appreciate how they took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly and that I felt safe getting back on the road. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

Picked up a large bolt in one of my tires on the road. Stopped by local Goodyear and was told we close at 6 and can't help you. Saw your Mavis store just down the road and stopped in. It was 5:55pm, I apologized for coming in at closing time, but I need a tire repair. Young lady behind the counter, Kelly said, sir we'd be glad to help you. So my hats off to the staff at Mavis store# 846 Spanish Fort, Al. I will from now on bring my business to your company.

I had an excellent experience here for both a tire replacement and an oil change. Sarah was knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent about pricing. The guys completed the work quickly and did a great job!!! Outstanding service & highly recommend — I’ll definitely return.

We were there for three (3) hours to get brakes done, and put on a new tire (we already bought). Somehow the staff failed these tasks and still never touched the brakes and took off the wrong tire after 3 hours. It used to be good but I cannot recommend them after this. 🙄
