I always have a great experience at this location. The staff are kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. It is occasionally a little busy but they work through the line fairly quickly. They're also open on Sundays!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!! All the services are priced pretty competitively, and I rarely have to wait more than 30 to 60 seconds for service. The ladies at this location are especially phenomenal!

We've used this particular UPS occasionally returning an Amazon order plus a couple other reasons without incidence. We were aware they took passport pictures, we also knew the State Department was experiencing a significant backlog, so we wanted to get ahead, and get my spouses renewal into the system. With the application, current passport, check in hand we proceeded to this, our local UPS office. We were slightly taken back the procedure was simply having my wife stand up against a blank wall using a small handheld device snapping the picture. Our assumption was they must know what they doing. To expedite we then had the office priority USPS envelope. Wow, a hefty surcharge of 100 percent added to the postage. Thirteen days later our passport, and application was returned with a letter explaining the passport picture was unacceptable. We immediately proceeded to Walgreens, showed them the picture, they identified two errors, background and the face was slightly not correctly centered. We then proceeded to UPS and was shocked by the nonchalant attitude. I presented the receipt, this was not the clerk we originally worked with, that person was handling another customer nor did she want to get involved. After 5 minutes not being able to find our receipt in the register, she then stopped to wait on a regular customer. I got her attention and asked what was it her intention to refund. She said only the passport photo. I said more or less, forget it, and I and my wife walked out. Someone said, have a nice day! We proceeded to Stapleton to the USPS and sent the application priority for half the UPS fee. That was Friday, Monday it was in the hands of the State Department. Our second submission and the check immediately cleared our bank indicating our application was accepted. I then called UPS Corporate Headquarters and complained. I then received a call from a person indicating he was the owner. He apologized and offered me the passport fee and half the priority fee. He also texted me. After giving it thought, I answered his text stating it wasn't about the money, it was about improper proper training, attitude, and lack of management, and my guess, absentee ownership. I went to say, I have no intention to seek a refund. The owner said all the right stuff, addressed concern with assurance the situation will be corrected. It's not my intention to fault the employees, they have no frame of reference the urgency of our issue, nor the seriousness that goes into obtaining a United States Passport. I fault the owner. Lip service doesn't cut it. Hopefully this UPS store will get squared away, this message is merely as a service to others.

The entire staff is amazing. Thomas was fabulous owner, always made it a point to know box holders by name. I love going in there, and they just grab my packages and have me sign without me even saying anything. Excellent CS by the whole staff.

Went to do an Amazon return and did not have a box an additional box for the item I was returning item was in its own box and was told by clerk must have additional box.... Wanted to pack it up for me and charge me $38 for a shoebox size item... Said I would do my own packing... Tell me the box was $11... It's absolutely exhausting every single time I go to this UPS store there is no help there is only rules there's only ridiculous prices. The reason UPS exists is not to serve Amazon The reason UPS exists is because we the customers are buying things from Amazon or mini online e-commerce sites. I wish those folks at the UPS store would remember and try not to get completely rich off of us on every item that we ship. I am sure they do not charge Amazon $38 to pack something I am sure they do not charge Amazon $11 for a box. This is so sad that no one remembers who the actual customer is.

Worse UPS store I have been to. We do a lot of shipping and this is the only UPS I have had bad service in multiple times, would not even give me a piece of tape for a box I bought from them, the owner could of cared less. I left and drove additional 15 min. To Daphne UPS store, night and day service. Left spending $140 on shipping and boxes and yes they gave me a piece of tape.

The Worst....paid ups ground, then had to pay a puck up fee at a ups store....bad, bad experience! Idiots working in store! if you use them form your iwn opinion...Never Againruin a $200 pair of sunglasses on a Bad Advice from clerk

Ive used this location many times. Forgot my wallet and needed to ship some baby clothes. They took Apple Pay but refused to let me ship anything without a drivers license even when I provided a photo of my valid ID. Said it was store policy that they need that to put me in the system if I haven’t shipped with them in the last 2 months. Took it to the post office with no issue and they didn’t need my ID.

I'd give them a 5 star if they were all as welcoming and helpful as the main guy (maybe the manager?) He needs to know, lately the help is snotty and act like you're bothering them. I wish I didn't feel like they were doing me a favor by using their service. The crew in times past were way better.

I had to complete I-9 for my employer. I really had no idea what to do. The only thing I did know was that I had to go to that specific UPS store to do it. The two young women handled it quickly and I was on my way. They were polite and professional. Thanks again
