I waited patiently and without complaint for 25 minutes to try get a warranty claim done on my phone only to look up to see the associate helping another employee, in uniform, with his phone problem. This employee was not waiting in the line as a customer the best that I can tell.
I was not upset until I realized a store employee had basically cut in front of me in line and no one seemed to think there was anything wrong with this. When I said I had to leave, the associate said I was next but didn’t stop his side quest with a non-customer that had delayed me already who knows how long.
None of the employees appeared to be in a hurry to help anyone or get to the customers who were waiting. They seemed that they could not care less if anyone was waited on or not.

Five stars should truly be given to Dillon-This review is a direct reflection of his kindness and willingness to help me understand and seek answers for my questions. He went ABOVE and BEYOND for me today. I needed to purchase a specific phone number and not only did he work tirelessly to try to help me accomplish this (even though in the end we could not) but he was patient enough to explain aspects of wireless service that I was not familiar with. Give him a RAISE RIGHT NOW.

I don't know what's wrong with this store but they clearly don't have their act together. Walked in, first thing I told to them is, I am here for a business account. That should've been where it stopped right, then and there. Not wasted 40 minutes of my time gathering me my data, supposedly. Just to tell me or our business account person isn't here today. We will need to schedule you an appointment.
Why are your customer service people not trained to handle every thing that can come through that door. Or at the very least, have the resources on hand for them to answer.

3/23/25 4:45pm. 1 customer being helped, 2 employees hanging out. I barely got a greeting to begin with. It the guy who working with a customer to acknowledge me.
After making it knowing to the other 2 employees There’s a customer in the store, 1 of the employees (female) went to the back and never came back out.
The other employee got on the phone and sounds as if he was on the phone helping another customer (that’s giving benefit of the doubt)
The more services we pay for - the more we have to spend, the worst customer service we receive.

Been a Verizon customer for 10 years. My husband ordered a new phone and wanted to go ahead and set it up as we were leaving to go out of town. Realized he needed WiFi to complete setup so we stopped by our local Verizon to simply connect to their WiFi.
THEY WANTED US TO PAY $30 TO CONNECT TO THEIR WIFI. Not for them to set the phone up, we were completely capable doing that on our own, JUST TO USE THE WIFI.
Million dollar corporations having the nerve to penny pinch like this is ridiculous. Shame on the employee working for perpetuating these standards and not just allowing us to use the WiFi for 5 min when we pay almost $400 a month for our service.

Five stars isn't enough to express how well Saleh took care of me when I needed a new phone because my super old one was being cut off from an important app I need for work. At the end of the day, I didn't care what phone I got, as long as it had a specific type of case I prefer. They walked me through what was available and I got a great deal on a S24 Ultra!
It took 4+ hours to transfer my old phone stuff to the new one because my old phone didn't like using the cable connection, and during my wait I had questions about other products (such as smart watches and if they require their own line, etc) and they answered them without trying to pressure me into getting them RIGHT NOW.
I look forward to visiting closer to Christmas and treating myself to a smartwatch after the experience I had today.

They sold me a $1000 phone and when I left I found out they didn't activate it correctly. I had to find a corporate store to undo their screw up. Go anywhere else.

Tabatha and Cameron were amazing to work with! Highly recommend asking for them! Have been a loyal Verizon customer for almost 10 years now because of their customer service and service.
