They absolutely take advantage of people thinking they don’t know anything about vehicles, my dads truck was up there and needed a starter when they quoted him $1700 we decided we’d just get the part and my boyfriend would do it so my mom went to pick it up and it wouldn’t start, obviously, instead of actually helping her by hitting the starter they just pretended to attempt helping it start and when it wouldn’t I picked her up. My dad decided just to let them do it so my boyfriend didn’t have to and they did get it done in a timely manner which makes me curious if they had to do what we thought, which is the labor we were quoted for at $800…feels shady

Our classic 55 Chevy Bel Air had an oil leak and we needed the car to be towed back to our house. Steven was Professional and very friendly! He Went the extra mile by helping my husband push the car back into the garage!
I will use Wilson’s towing from now on.

Called at 9:30 am, they repaired car by replacing coil pack and a tune up. Had it running beautifully by 2:00 pm. Wilson's is such a blessing. My sincere thanks to them.

Always fast, friendly and reliable. Always our first choice for service, whether we’re in Baldwin or Mobile county. Did a diagnostic and changed out our battery within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Gary was a blessing to help us !! He came to the shopping center jump our suv then we followed him to service center where he changed our battery and got us on the road ! We were 7 ladies Christmas shopping and he was our savior 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Santa Clause 💕🙏🏻

I had my tire blow out awhile back at the gas station next door to them while is was pouring down rain and some one came out to check the tire for me so i could pull over there. They are fast, reasonably priced, and have AMAZING customer service I recommend them to everyone I know who needs some work done.

This place was fast and had amazing service!!! We got a screw in our tire on our vacation and they handled it quickly so we could get back on the road !! Thank yall so much ! Ziggy was a pleasant surprise too!

Ripped a chunk out of a tire I had asked to get mounted for my sisters car and told me it was like that when i brought it in, I know it was not. Basically forced my hand to buy a new tire from them cuz I was in a bind. Would give zero stars. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

The ladies who work on the towing side are polite, patient and helpful. If your vehicle is left overnight it's behind a large fence and very safe. Should you run into any troubles they do not waste time helping you get them solved.I would recommend this business to my family and friends as well.The mechanic side does excellent work and the prices are fair. They stand behind everything that they work on.
