My experience with jackson hewitt was very quick and easy. I had made an appointment online but when I got there it wasn’t showing up in the system so she went ahead and made me an appointment right then and there. The overall process was no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Very sad . I've used Jackson Hewitt for 10 years . Over 500 dollars for 15 minutes with a lady that didn't want to be ther and let me know it the whole time . Not to mention having to reschedule 4 defront times. I believe I will have to do it myself next year.

I waited until the last minute and Lisa saved the day!! She got me in right away and helped me with my complicated return and helped me get the stimulus money I never recieved. 100% recommend. She made the process so easy, I was in and out in less than 30 min.
