My favorite coffee shop in Springville, you can't get better then the experience Nichols Nook gives you! Every time you walk in you are met with southern hospitality at its finest, the staff is so intentional and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable the second you step in their doors they also are so helpful and patient if you are thinking about trying somthing new. The environment is so peaceful and the bathroom and tables have never been dirty while I've been there. Whether I'm studying or having a meeting with a friend I know that Nichols Nook is the place to be. If you are debating trying it out I'll tell you what I would tell anyone, you need to go and try it!

I love this place! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They even deliver to my office! Even though I'm right next door, not having to leave work is such a blessing.

We had coffee and Mango Refresher. Both were very good. The coffee gets an A from me b/c it didn't bother my acid reflux! This coffee shop is truly one of the most comfortable and quaint places I've been in a while. The outdoor spaces are so very, very nice! I was truly impressed with the customer service. It will definitely be one of my regular go-to spots. Beautifully decorated. You can buy gifts too! Very mellow atmosphere! My daughter said it reminds her of the coffee shops in the Hallmark movies! LOL! I can see that!

Stepping into Nichols Nook is akin to tumbling down a rabbit hole, only to find yourself not in Wonderland, but in a cozy, well lit nook where the air is thick with the scent of freshly brewed potions of coffee and tea. This quaint establishment, nestled in the heart of a town that seems to have forgotten to keep up with the rest of the world, is a sanctuary for the soul tired of the cacophony of modern life. From the moment you cross the threshold, you're greeted not by a bell or a mundane, "Welcome!" but by the dulcet tones of Louis Armstrong or Ella Fitzgerald serenading you from a record player that's definitely seen more revolutions around the sun than most of its patrons. The music, a curated selection of great, old-time tunes, seems to weave through the stacks of books that line the walls, inviting you to explore with a promise of stories untold. The atmosphere is undeniably bookish, a haven for bibliophiles and coffee enthusiasts alike. Tables are tucked into corners, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling shelves that hold an eclectic mix of literature, from dusty classics to hidden indie gems. It's as if the owner decided to combine a library and a coffee shop, ensuring that the spirit of Hemingway and Austen presides over your caffeine consumption. The coffee, oh, the coffee! It's clear that the baristas at Nichols Nook treat their craft with the reverence of alchemists turning lead into gold. Each cup is a masterpiece, a harmonious blend of flavors that can awaken the dead or at least make the morning palatable to the night owls among us. And for those who prefer the leaf to the bean, the tea selection is nothing short of a botanical garden in a cup. From the robust, earthy notes of a perfectly steeped Piper & Leaf tea to the delicate whisper of a white tea, there's a brew for every mood and moment. But what truly sets Nichols Nook apart is its ability to make time stand still. In an age where every minute is accounted for, this coffee and tea shop offers a reprieve, a chance to savor the moment without the constant ping of notifications. Here, you're encouraged to linger over your drink, to lose yourself in a book, or to strike up a conversation with a stranger about the merits of jazz over classical music. In conclusion, Nichols Nook isn't just a place to grab a coffee or tea; it's an experience, a journey back in time fueled by caffeine and culture. It's a reminder of the pleasures of slowing down, of savoring each sip and each note. So, if you ever find yourself in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and visit Nichols Nook. Who knows, you might just leave with a new favorite book or melody, humming a tune from a bygone era as you step back into the rush of the modern world.

Quaint little coffee house. Not much to offer food wise, but they have some kind of daily pastry offering and basics like bacon and sausage on a paper plate. The coffee is very good but the atmosphere is what makes this little place so cozy. They don't have many tables; they do have a couple but you have to share one with a puzzle and there might be 1 or more people perpetually working on that puzzle:) if you want to read, there is plenty to choose from, as well as several little nooks in which to sit and chat with a friend or two. Definitely a place to check out!

Thanks to Yelp reviews, we decided to stop in for a drink and quick pit stop. This shop is amazing! Not only are the drinks and food tasty but the entire shop is just breathtaking. The owner has made this coffee house into a warm atmosphere where the community joins to put puzzles together, have bible study groups, and promote positivity and community awareness. During our visit, we browsed the books and handmade items for sale while our sons played chess. Everyone was so friendly and inviting and they took an interest in making sure our experience was the best. We will absolutely make this a stop any time we're in the area.
