The lady that runs the register is VERY rude (there's actually 2) and has a bad attitude for no reason. She doesn't want you touching anything on the counter even if you plan to buy it they won't let us know hold it to look at it and instead of politely telling you that they aren't ready for you she yells " it's not ready yet" very rude and I won't be back

The pharmacist and assistances are the sweetest and most helpful people you will ever meet. They go beyond helping me and my elderly parent..my mom is with the Lord now but I have dad to take care of who is 91 years old.They take time to explain any concerns you may have. I love each and everyone of these precious people

I always get first rate service from our local Payless. They go above and beyond 100%of the time. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable group with a great sense of humor!!!!!! Highly recommended

We rarely use this pharmacy due to previous service issues. My husband went to stopwatch today and they were supposed to send prescriptions to Walmart but it was sent to Payless instead. We followed up with clinic (which was extremely busy) because Walmart had advised they no prescription for my husband Finally after 6 1/2 hours the clinic said it was sent to Payless by mistake. My husband asked what time Payless received the prescription and it had been sitting for six hours the pharmacist stated that it was on hold since he had not filled a script in over a year and they needed updated information . His reply was that you are the only one that would know it needed updating and how can I know this without Payless calling me. She said I’m sorry that was my fault . She was NOT friendly at all and this was just a reminder of why we left last year. On toP of all this chaos they still DID NOT get any updated information AGAIN we will NEVER use them again. Just sad

Best pharmacy I've ever used and the only one I've used for at least 8 years. The staff is amazing! They are kind and caring and go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend! There are 2 pharmacies closer to home but It's worth driving the extra few miles to me.
