Called to ask about a notary so I could request to have money transfered from my deseased mother's account for my account at PNC. Told their notary couldn't do help, they only did their own business. I guess I will look for another bank to transfer this money too and move my accounts while i am at it.

Somehow my husband got locked out of his on line banking account. Peyton and Britany had his account up and running within 5 min. I don’t know what I would do without you!

I needed help with opening an estate account. The first employee i spoke to told me that they were understaffed and very busy and couldn'tanswer my questions. The second employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful but indicated that the employee who could help me was about to go on lunch. She took my phone number. The third employee called me 4½ hours later and explained that the bank was understaffed.
I found a different bank that wasn't understaffed. I need a bank that is professional and responsive. I had planned to open two additional accounts. A different bank has those three accounts now.

The employees are rude - don’t want to help. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Trussville location- they are super nice at Trussville branch.

Worst bank I’ve dealt with. The Trussville branch is much more helpful. I would personally avoid Springville if you have the option :)

Worst bank experience ever. My step father passed away and my mother went to make a withdrawal and they wouldn't let her because her license expired 3 days prior. She has been a customer of this location for 25 years. Pnc took over the bank and treats everyone like garbage. They are slow and rude.

the ladies at the springville bank are great but the merchant service rep through pnc whould never return our calls gave us miscummuncation and now our account is over drawn and credit messed up and have a brand new machine we cant use why whould a place of business not wana pay for something chould affect our income and credit
