I have been using them for decades, since they were in Homewood. Always amazing work, high integrity, and obey get it done as soon as possible for a reasonable price. So hard to find a great sewing machine repair shop now, so I value them tremendously. Convenient location, too! Shop is packed with wonderful fabrics and notions. A fun stop even if your machine doesn't need a trip to the emergency room.

I bought a used embroidery machine, so I took it here to be serviced. Not only did they service it in less than 24 hours, but it works like-new again. The lady working was super helpful and gave me some tips. I’ll definitely make the drive back when I need something!

I recently got serious about wanting to quilt. I took the advice of my aunt and purchased a quality machine (Baby Lock). I live quite a ways from Sewing Machine Mart. However, they are the closet dealer. From the very second I contacted Shawn he treated me like family! I have very limited knowledge on hand sewing and even less on using a machine. I feel like I have drove them crazy with all my questions and such. I absolutely recommend doing business with this business. They are over and hour from where I live so I never go that way. But I now find myself making the drive for classes at least once a month is the plan.

Very nice to deal with. Very knowledgeable about fabric lines and large inventory of most all of the modern fabric lines! Moda and much more! Great place to shop!

I purchased my Pfaff Ambition 620 from Sewing Machine Mart 2years ago. I love it! I use it to piece quilt tops and I love the accuracy of the 1/4 inch foot! I brought it in last year for the first annual servicing. Quick turnaround!! The couple that own this shop are nice and professional. I also highly recommend taking a class here!

This couple was GREAY. They didn't have the answer over the phone but called me back with the correct information. I stopped on my way home and grabbed what I needed.The husband is a retired firefighter which holds a special place in my heart, too. I plan on stopping by on my next trip that way as long as it isn't a Monday.

Visited the new location of Sewing Machine Mart in Springville. Wowza! So many gorgeous sewing and quilting machines!! Best selection around!Go visit them for machines, threads, fabric… sewing lessons and all kinds of accessories ! Great Customer service if you need repairs or parts.Shawn and Heidi are always so helpful and friendly! He does regular service and maintenance on my baby lock 6 needle embroidery machine and I can always call or message them when an emergency arises! He can usually walk me through it over the phone or messenger. I really appreciate a family business who go out of their way to help their customers. Kudos to Sewing Machine Mart !
