“My daughter( and I ) recently purchased a car from Frank. It was her first car to buy on her own and Frank bent over backwards to help he get in the car she had picked out. After she left the lot there was an issue with the car and we took it back to the lot. Frank looked at it and said " Don't worry, we will take care of it" I am not going to go into the full details of the situation, but I do want to say that it had the protentional to be a costly issue. Frank stood behind his word and did everything in his power to rectify the issue. In the end the problem was solved perfectly and she not only got a good car but I feel I made a friend.
