Always fast and helpful. Frequently at this location shipping and picking packages. I know a lot of the employees there by name.

The Springville, AL Post Office is the most frustrating one I've ever dealt with. I have complained about the same things over and over for years and the bottom line is they don't care. 1) They don't honor mail holds 2) They mark items as delivered when they are not delivered. Anybody who has had a lost or stolen package knows that the online world revolves around a tracking number. If it's marked as delivered but not actually delivered because it's quitting time for the day, then the customer has no recourse with online retailers should that package go missing and never show up. This is falsifying federal documents. I have spoken with several "managers" at the Springville PO on numerous occasions over the past several years and have been told that this is a training and communication issue with fill-in carriers. But the bottom line is that they don't care.

Worse post office. Doesn’t scan packages when they pick up from your home and that’s if they pick them up. Perfect example of people not wanting to do their job.

Won't answer the phone. Had to take off time from work to go up there. I was told that my residence that had been vacant for over a month needed the lock replaced still so I couldn't use my mailbox yet..They couldn't give me a definite time when I could come back & get the key either. The lady wouldn't even talk with me,she kept relaying messages to someone else to come talk to me. Not impressed.

Very bad on package delivery. Apparently mail lady can’t get out of her car and walk something to the front door. Waited all Friday for something “out for delivery.” Mail didn’t run until 7:30pm. Then my package status changes to “delivery attempted, package now held for pickup” I was home and saw her put other items in the mailbox. So now it’s obviously too late to pick it up tonight because mail ran after business hours. I look to see their hours and find they won’t be open again until 8:30 Monday morning. Close at 4:30. So now, at best, I am going to be rushing home after work Monday, praying there is no traffic to try to beat this closing time to pick this thing up that I paid to have delivered. This is ridiculous. If you can’t walk a package to the front door that is too big for the mailbox then don’t agree to ship packages.UPDATE - They did deliver the package on Saturday so i did not have to pick up, but still the Friday experience was not good. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars

Amazing little post office! Usually friendly staff, helpful and do their job well. I mail here often and they have never lost one of my packages. I would say that if you live on any place that slightly inconveniences their delivery driver, they won’t leave it and you’ll have to go pick it up at their office...

Rude staff and even worse delivery. Have lost lots of money from my packages becoming lost. It's really not that hard to do your job, guys. And if it is, then try McDonalds instead. :)

Was expecting an important package be delivered checked tracking and said delivery was attempted and the mailbox was blocked went to the post office and they said the mailbox was blocked by a fallen tree limb there was not a tree limb to be found only a maybe two foot stick on the ground.
