“I bought new headlights when I was visiting from out of state. I tested them out (during the day) before I left. They seemed fine. So I didn’t keep the receipt, and I hadn’t given my phone number. The next day, when it was nighttime, the headlights weren’t working properly. So I called the store hoping for the best in terms of getting the transaction information. The manager, Rikki, went above and beyond and worked her magic in the computer and found the transaction. ? Thank you Rikki!

“I bought my first tractor, a Kubota L3901, from an individual, and I Love It! Once you get a tractor, you'll wonder how you ever got along without one. The first thing my mentor told me to do is take it to a Kubota dealer and get it serviced, and gone over to have everything checked out. The Kubota dealer he uses is Scott's Equipment Company in Russellville Alabama. The service manager, Steve, not only inspected and serviced my Kubota but then took the time to teach me the basics in how to operate it.
