“My delivery is typically fast and great. My encounter at the desk is typically very good. The only thing is the USPS has problems with my packages looping around in their automated system and not being delivered in a timely fashion. I have called 4 times about the same package and it has ended up going back to origin facility in Kansas City, KA. Today informed delivery has it out for delivery. It isn’t in my mailbox and I can’t get an answer on the phone from Russellville Post Office. I know they could have put in a request for the package back on August 1, and it would be here. It’s August 7!! Estimated delivery is never quite right, but a full week?? There’s also a worker who smokes at back door and I get helped there unless she’s there. She says I should receive packages tomorrow; other employees will take tracking number and go inside and check to see if it has been checked in. The Post Master General Kenny is Great! He always helps me out and advise me on what can be done. I think that’s his title for being in charge of the Russellville office. I hate when it says out for delivery and I wait all day to sign for the package and it doesn’t show up!! That’s my take!”
