“I called Ron on a Sunday evening. Had just pulled in to the receiver I was delivering at Monday morning. Noticed after my post trip walk around that my front passenger drive tire area had oil all over and all over around it. Ron had me take pictures and send them to him. He diagnosed it as an axle flange gasket. I was able to pick up the gasket and change it myself saving me hundreds of dollars for a road call. This man is heaven sent. He could have taken me to the bank but instead saved me money by being able to do it myself. He deserves all the blessings God can give someone. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is fair and the nicest guy ever. Thanks again Ron, you are a great person.”

“My husband called earlier this week for particular tires and they assured him they had four. We went up there today and although their system said there were four the workers could not find them immediately. The two ladies on staff (who were near the end of their shift) did not stop looking until they found it. It ended up taking them about fifteen minutes and required them to climb up and down the ladder several times. They even got the young men who were working in the shop to help and they were just as helpful. It was some of the best customer service we have received in a long time. They also had excellent attitudes the whole time which was much appreciated. We will be back here for our car service needs.”

“These guys are the Best !My wife and her friend were returning from a trip to Birmingham, when in a torrential downpour, my wife’s automobile tire ran over something on I 20 and developed a fast leak. She got off at the next exit and found Scotts tire outlet Inc. She asked them for help and they quickly took care of the situation by patching the tire. These guys are awesome. if she had call AAA, it probably would’ve been an hour or so waiting with the weather situation. The automobile tire was removed and patched in under 30 minutes and she was able to leave Birmingham safely. And she did not have to wait in the rain. The service level was amazing.
