I go to jacks alot. I don't get the best greeting at night.i when this night and ordered "bacon ranch fry.the first order look old I took it back in they were not happy to begin with. I wasn't disrespectful or mad.just want them to look like what they looked liked the first couple times I ordered them.Well got them replaced and opened it up.it was discussing.the Fry's were in what looked like a bottle of ranch. And a teaspoon of baconWhen I took it back .the girl was as hateful as can be.she told me she was busy and what did I want them to look like.Iam a manager at a fast food in Kimble I would never let food go out like the or treat customers in a hateful way. And I always liked jacks.

Old and dirty store to start off with. Got four orders of fries and they were completely orange with salt and inedible had to throw them all out. Tea had turned so had to throw those out to. Cookies were odd too, like dry with melty chocolate. Really sad because we had a five star experience at another Jacks days ago. If consistency is this far off, think I will stay away from Jacks although especially when a family member told me they got food sickness at a Decatur one.

Every time I go through the drive thru l the blue hair lady does an amazing job. Always ask if I need anything else and makes sure my order is correct.

My WIFE PICKED UP A VERY VERY DETAILED ONLINE ORDER - I HAD PLACED FOR HER - WHILE OUT OF TOWN - AND ALL I CAN SAY - IS A ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL REPRESENTATIVE OF JACKS - NAMED "JUANITA" - TOOK OUTSTANDING CARE OF HER - AFTER A VERY VERY STRESSFUL DAY FOR HER - MY WIFE, AFTER REACHING ME- TOLD ME - JUANITA WAS SO SO CARING AND PATIENT WITH HER - AND HAVING EMPLOYEES MYSELF, WOW! - I SURE WOULD LOVE TO HOLD ONTO AN ASSOCIATE/ EMPLOYEE- LIKE MY WIFE DESCRIBED- BECAUSE THEY ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO COME BY - MUCH LESS - KEEP- I BELIEVE JUANITA DESERVES A STAR- A RAISE, A BONUS - - SOMETHING- BECAUSE THIS NEWS WILL SPREAD!

PICKED UP AN ONLINE PLACED ORDER - AND THE MOST OUTSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ASSOCIATE NAMED "JUANITA" TOOK THE THE TIME ( ONLY- BECAUSE, I BARELY MENTIONED THAT I HAD ABOUT 50 MILES TO TRAVEL HOME WITH THIS FANTASTIC MEAL) AND SHE SAID "WE BETTER DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING- AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN HERE PROPERLY AND ALSO THE HOTTEST AND AS FRESH AS WE CAN SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY WITH" ! HOLY WOW!! WHAT AN AMAZING ASSET TO HAVE THESE DAYS TO THE JACKS TEAM!! MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE HAD BUSINESSES FOR OVER 35 YEARS - AND THESE DAYS - ASSOCIATES LIKE JUANITA ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO COME BY AND RETAIN!!
