The staff is very rude and they will turn your water off randomly even when your bill is paid up. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to online bill pay. I highly recommend paying by check in person and dealing with the rudeness. It’s never going to get better.

I tried to call during open business hours and the phone rang and rang. I had to keep calling over and over. When I got a lady on the phone about my bill, she told me her computer was down for the day, than she placed me on hold and neglected to get back to me. Again I had to call over and over, and my husband got her, and she told him the bill. I will not update this review until the small town water company learns some genuine customer service.

I called requesting a days extention on my cut off. They refused. I borrowed the money to pay for it and they charged me a reconnection fee even though my water was not cut off. I'll be buying a pump for my well soon and this won't be a problem. I suggest anyone that can, do the same. They have become tyrants holding our lives ransom.
