Wish I could give less than 1 star. This place is a joke. The customer service is horrible. This one lady watched me walk up to the counter and walked away to go do something else. This is ridiculous. You guys need to do better.

This is Mrs Jenkins There was a girl in pharmacy running the front line. That was just wonderful. She told me it would take 30 minutes for my medicine. And I didn't even wait 15. And I watched her work and she just floated and ran that whole front end with her own rhythm. They didn't even need the other girls. She was very friendly, very professional and very sweet. She deserves a raise anything but she deserves it..her name is LEIGHTON GILCHRIST

The lady at the pharmacy window was super nice. I showed up within one minute of them closing on Christmas Eve. She could have said she wasn’t able to fill the prescription but she did so and was super nice about it.

I absolutely hate Walgreens in Dora, AL. I personally changed pharmacies years ago and am glad I did. Dora Discount Pharmacy is much faster and friendlier. Today my mom was sick so her scripts had to be called in to Walgreens, since her pharmacy was closed due to Christmas Eve hours. The dr's office called it in so when I went to pick it up Walgreens said they just got it and it would be 25 minutes. Im thinking, yep, thats why I left yall. So I drive around and come back in about 20 minutes and am told it was $25. I thought thats not too bad for 2 prescriptions, although my mom is on Medicare I did think it would be a little less. While there I asked for probiotics and she said we dont have them back here. I wondered to myself why she couldnt walk out to the aisle and get one to add to the bag??? I drive about a mile down the road to get her something to eat since she is sick and looked to see what the scripts were. There was only one in the bag and they wrote that the other can be gotten OTC. Ok, why didnt they tell me that before I drove off??? So here I go back to that stupid store to go in and look for this OTC medication. Of course I didnt find it and needed assistance. The Pharmacist told me I could get their brand which was $5 less, so I did, also there was a special on it for half off. Guess who didnt get the sale price?? I was not about to go back. This pharmacy is not a bit concered about their customers. If anyone else would have been open, I would have gladly went there. Goodbye forever Walgreens!

Dropped off prescription 2 days ago and was just informed they were out of stock. Waited in line for 20 minutes while girls were behind the counter just talking. Wouldn’t give me a different form of the medicine that was the same exact milligram.

I went in to download photos from my phone. They have a kiosk here. It was a nice looking place and staff was very helpful.

Shanna has a terrible attitude and does not deserve to have a job ANYWHERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience.

Shanna in the pharmacy really needs to watch how she talks to people. Absolutely no reason to be so disrespectful to costumers. If you hate your job that bad, find something else. And it’s the girl with the pink hair and a nose ring. It’s sad that some places will hire just anyone.
