My mail lady is so rude. If i say hi, she rolls her eyes and keeps going. She will go off on me and my neighbors if our garbage can is close to the mailbox. She will literally keep our mail if she can see our garbage cans on garbage day. I want another mail lady. We live on Baldwin Beach Express and nobody likes her.

The people are straight up Mean don't deliver mail should be illegal how this po is still open with how they hold my mail. the lady runs the desk is so incredibly rude and this is evyday check the cameras you will see that hag screaming at people. 😅

Horrible customer service I believe the ladies name is Kim very rude and unprofessional should not be working in thr government
