“Alternator went out on my wife’s car with all the kids on the way back from Oxford, heat index of 105 and these folks at O’Reilly’s jumped in and helped get us back on the road. They went above and beyond to make sure we could keep everybody cool and also get me whatever tools needed to get the job done. Nothing like a parking lot alternator swap on a 105 degree day but these guys made it as easy as possible! Thanks for the help!!!!”
