This is absolutely the best equipment company I’ve came across during my years of doing patient care. You can call and ask questions and they will eagerly help you. Whether, they have it in store or have to order it. You will feel right at home with Mel, Quantina, Chris and Tom! Thank you guys for the wonderful experiences!

Never had so much trouble getting c- pap supplies. I have great insurance that pays for it all and I've been trying for months to get my supplies. Go in there today and they don't have what I need. These people don't deserve a business. I'm finding somewhere else to get my supplies. Tired of these people.

Poor customer service, felt disrespected from the moment I walked in, not sure of the woman's name but right from the beginning she started telling me that I didn't have the right paperwork, they dont take my insurance- BCBS of Texas-, I can't prove my compliance(my SDHC card that came with my machine was corrupt and the Dr was unable to read it, plus the app that is suppose to be recording my usage has been useless since updates in October....it has a 1.6 star rating). I purchased my equipment using this same insurance back in April, I now need a new mask but unable to get it. I live in Sylacauga and want to promote the businesses here, but I feel pretty confident after leaving Coosa Valley Respiratory Supply they dont need or want my business.

Honestly, I don't know how they are still in business with the terrible customer service they offer. Never seen a business that goes out of their way to try not to sell you something.

The worst customer service. They do not care about their patients. Will not reach out when they need something. They put it aside. So patients suffer.

Great customer service! They were so helpful and went out of their way to get my grandparents everything they needed when they were sick. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them!

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I'm a double amputee and because my wheelchair was 5years old, they wouldn't even try to order a seat replacement for it. I feel like I was lied to because I went right in same town and had one ordered! I personally feel like it was because of my race! If you have to get medical equipment do not use them if you are an African-American! They will do anything to get more money for new equipment instead of assisting in getting your old one fixed.
