You know I usually love this store but the lady that was up front today was very rude in her attitude and just her demeanor was very rude and when asking for a phone number my daughter tried to tell her at the same time as me and she said we are only gonna do one now that was just wrong my daughter is 8. And she loves to help out so maybe tell your employees to be a little nic.er

Very rude pharmacist! It's common sense when your sick you have to go in to get your medicine. I had to buy other things also. She said why did you come in here sick... embarrassed us in front of everyone. I don't have anyone to come in to get my medicine for me. Will never use them again. We had a masks on also.

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow. Waiting in line almost 30 minutes because they wanna let people that's waiting for a prescription at the window instead of making them go back around. It's just as slow when you go inside.

The employees in the pharmacy have no idea what they’re doing. We are constantly told contradicting information from different employees. The prescription is either never ready or never in stock. We were told 3 days ago that the prescription was filled and ready to be picked up so we get there and are told the medicine is not in stock. We go back on the Monday after, because they said it’ll be in stock then. Of course, they didn’t have it in stock yet again.

The cashiers at this location should understand that their job is to scan a label and place a package on a rack for UPS Access Point service. Not argue with customers about their packaging(Which UPS DID ACCEPT, and I knew they would because I'm a former package supervisor for UPS) and express loudly, for everyone to hear, about how they were a postal clerk for the US Navy. I didn't see any vessels around, so not sure what the relevance of that was, outside of trying to embarrass me as a customer. This was a very expensive Next Day Air package and was packaged well. Thankfully Advanced Auto Parts had an intelligent clerk(Shout out Kim) who did her job and processed the package, instead of expressing their unwanted and unneeded opinion.

I want to give a huge shout out to Heather for all her help with dealing with my insurance company on getting a prescription filled right away before I left for vacation. We were on the phone with the insurance company for nearly a half an hour and she never got frustrated and was very polite and was just really really professional. She was awesome and I really appreciated the extra effort.

Don't see how these places are in business. Pharmacy personnel rude and apparently cannot handle stress and being busy. Real disconnect with job and customer service.

They are extremely rude and hateful. They mess up and loss refill. Dr office calls in medication it takes days to get filled.

I used the UPS drop point and it was an awful experience. Package late, family vacation hanging on by a thread, all because either the store clerks don't know what's going on or UPS don't care.
