this is the only photo i have but, i felt judged because the man who did my nails called another man over and they kept talking in vietnamese. i did like the way he did my nails though, so kind and made sure i liked them. he also gave me lotion and was only $55.

I have been going there off and on for a few years. Sometimes it's alright but more than not the service there is crappy and I'm hardly happy when I leave. today beats all though. I went in there to get my eyebrows done and when I tell you not a single one of them greeted me! Several of the workers even made eye contact with me and still didn't speak to me. A lady came in shortly afterward and they greeted her and had her go take a seat! I was apalled!! I threw my hands up and said wth ever and left. If I could have slammed the door behind me I would have! They lost a customer that's for sure. I'm up the road now at sylacauga nails. Ive been wanting to try this place out anyways...so I just finished up at sylacauga nails. They were amazing. I found myself wondering if they are both ran by the same people bc I seen a guy in there who I use to see in nail line. Nevertheless the lady did a perfect job on my eyebrows and was very curtious. Extremely gentle with me and didn't hurt me at all. Im about to go give them a good review. I'm still highly upset with how I was treated at nail line to think,I always give a tip as well. Smh 🤨

I am a long time customer at Nail Love, and when I recently went, the lady manager was rude to the customers. Me and my family won’t come back to this establishment. I continued to support but can’t any more. (No good service to the lady manager.)

Just left here, Jennie did an awesome job, she also happen to be quick but did not disappoint one bit. Despite some reviews I’ve read, and just moving to the area I was nervous how they would be, but definitely will be coming back & asking for Jennie.

Absolutely horrible. 10/10 do NOT recommend. The boy who did my nails absolutely ruined them. He filed them too short and uneven. He put 6 layers of gel polish on my real nails and then literally poured cuticle oil all over my hands and told me to rub it in. Just awful. I’ve spent 15 minutes trying to file them to fix them myself and it’s hopeless. What a waste of $40 and my poor nails. 😭

I’ve been going here for over 5yrs. I drive 30 miles to come here but not again after today. It’s that lady whose glasses sit at the tip of her nose that always looks like she has an attitude. Guess what she does & talks about you in their language and still expects you to let her service you. No thanks I’m good love! I waited an whole hour for them to service me & I always get healthy nails, a eyebrow wax, & a pedicure so I’m spending a $100+ every time I go which is usually every two weeks. After waiting an hour I told her I needed to use the restroom. Mind you they had me soaking & my water kept getting cold & I had to keep asking for warm water but I waited till someone came over to get up bc my feet was wet & she got an attitude! No thanks bc my attitude can cause me to be disrespectful so I just left & the manager wasn’t of any assistance bc she thought I was going to go for poor customer service. I think her name was Debbie. Mark wasn’t there bc he always takes great care of me.

Don't use this place. They won't listen to what you ask for , then$10 isn't a good tip when you've spent $130. The lady was nice, but ripped the skin off 2 fingers. One is still healing. An altercation broke out while there, and when you say NO DIP OR GEL NO DRILL and they do it anyway and the foot and hand massage was awful. Won't go again! The really good manicurist was not there.

This business doesn't even deserve 1 star. My neighbor and good friend went to get a pedicure and they just dug into her big toe cuticle stating she had an ingrown toenail. He was saying..."You can take it?" Unfortunately, she has Multiple Sclerosis and was doing very well until she got that pedicure. Her toe got infected and has caused so many problems for her. Her left hand is very numb and painful, as she is left-handed... and so is her foot and the infection has caused her to have drop-foot and she has to walk every single day because of her MS but now she can only walk a couple of laps and has to hold on to someone. It is so sad to watch her and I have heard other people talk about their horrible experiences. Some...I'm sure can get passed their experience but she hasn't been able to do so!! You can see that on the reviews and the rudeness they show each day. I would not take my pet to them! Now my friend has doctor bills and has tried everything to get better! Shame on you Nail Line!!! I hope more people will join me with their bad experiences!!!
