Ordered a Cesar salad on doordash because I'm a trucker and my truck is broke down. Get the salad and they didn't put dressing in the bag! When I finally got ahold of them the guy was very rude and told me to come back tomorrow to get it. Uh how does that help me for my dinner tonight? Then the idiot hung up on me. Managed to get my dasher to go back to get it. If you go thru the other reviews I would say you're better off not ordering from here.

They have most everything you would want in a basic pet store. The service is friendly. And as always have the sweet kitties from sylacauga animal shelter. If your not adopting one, at least stop by and see them.

First Time visiting the store, Great deals going on and wonderful customer service. The cashier, Aerial, Was so helpful and explained the benefits of the rewards program to me. I didn't realize this store was a part of Tractor supply so thanks for her explanation, I can use my rewards closer to home. Highly recommend this store.

Its below average. Items are kinda overpriced, Other petsenses i went to had a bigger selection of aquatic fish, The ones at Springville and Phenix City had guinea pigs, hamsters, guppies, neon tetras, etc, This store only sells betta and two species of reptiles, Its worth the drive to go to Petco or Petsmart if im honest. Hope they add fish and small pets in the future.
