This store has been horrible with the service they provided me.. He sold me two 12s an amp and a box and installed all of it on my 2014 chevy silverado.. A week after installing it my radio started cutting off. All my lights came on a week after.. its been three weeks and the speakers are busted and all of my electrical lights are on in the truck and my radio turns off everytime I turn it up just a little bit.. the amp wasn't installed correctly so it keeps sliding out from under the seat! I went back so they could fix it and the manager /owner acted annoyed and didn't want to fix anything and has not fixed anything.. I would never advise anyone to go here!

I have bought things from here for my f250 super duty and every time I have went by there the owner has always been helpful and super nice and by the loc1 line driver is awesome it makes the audio even more clearer

Love doing business Radio Shack in Sylacauga. The owner is kind and knowledgeable. Always teaching and helping out without pushing anything on you to buy. They have put quality sound in several of my vehicles and my pontoon. Enjoying the boom and a little flash back to my younger days.

I had gone in to buy a phone protector and asked if they could install a backup cam and was told yes just bring it in and I'll give you an estimate. Today I took my van there... Already had the wiring done to the back door. All this job would have entailed is taking off a panel and mounting the cam above my license plate."Oh no we don't do that"... So, what kind of rear cams have they been installing?I give them one star because I could have been looking for another shop or doing it myself (which I'll probably do from lack of anyone knowing how in Sylacauga),and because I waited 20 minutes because he was in the back praying keeping customers waiting. He should do that on his own time.
