All,Where do I begin……..Let's start with the front desk who tries their best every day to service customers but unfortunately whoever is over the rooms deserved a big epic failed. My family and I including my 10 month on baby request a room at Red Roof located in Slycaugha Al located off of 280. The first room provided, room #113 was infested with roaches in the bathroom. The receptionist provide a second room #116. Turn on lights, pull back the bed from the wall and you can see roaches eating other roaches. Good thing a Walmart is across the street because I immediately purchase Raid, Roach traps and anything that would clean this room. Requesting Refund Please!!!!Walkability: Holiday Inn Across the StreetFood & drinks: Zaxby, Starbucks, Walmart near by

This place is great, they have truck parking in the back and they are pet friendly. The lady in the front desk is very nice. No continental breakfast, but that's ok. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the

I had just finished my route for the day and this location had commercial vehicle parking which drew to this location. I just checked my credit card account and found and additional charge for damages that I didn't do. Neither did the air conditioner unit work and that was reported to the front desk at check out. The temperature was comfortable so air conditioning wasn't needed. Today, August 10, 2023, I called the location in Sylacauga and was told that their District Manager would have to have make the refund. This is very shady practices and I will not consider staying there in the future. The lady working the front desk is Becky.

My stay here at this Red Roof Inn located in Sylacauga, AL was Bad!Front desk• pleasure to deal with. Check-in went flawlessly. The customer service provided was good.Room• somewhat Clean, mostly dirtyBed• comfortable for my taste. But both beds had dirty bed coversBathroom•Shower head was needing to be changed out, in my opinion, the water stream was great and the hot water was hotBreakfast• no breakfast option when I leftWiFi connection• Login was easy. Speeds were very inconsistent and sometimes the WiFi didn't even workSo, all in all, I give this Red Roof Inn a 2 out of 5Could have been cleaner but it is what it is.See the pictures I tookMy room was on the 2nd floor in the non smoking section

I traveled for work. The place is basic but clean quiet and safe. It's very near town. The staff are excellent!

We walked in and walked right back out. The room reeked of weed, the air was humid, there was a puddle of water from the air conditioner on the floor, and the humidity in the air made the beds damp/wet. I am requesting a refund.

Everything was pretty good except getting coffee in the am. No breakfast. Rooms clean. Pet friendly. We have cat.

We stay at a Red Roof Inns due to the pet policy and value. This location needs some upgrades starting with the beds. The room we got it was clean but a little TLC is in order. The price is what the most updated Inns offer. No in room coffee or tea. The freezer of the fridge should be defrosted. Registration told there were three guests, enough shampoo for one, just things like this if I pay for the pay extras

The room itself is ok, with very basic necessities, no extras or luxury. Fairly recently updated, clean, and comfortable. The beds were firm, but comfortable. Service was great, location was great. My complaints were: there is a row of occupied townhouses in the same parking lot, which is a little odd, but not a deal breaker. Also, my biggest complaint is the lack of internet even though it is advertised as having free internet. They give you the password, but the connection is spotty and mostly just doesn't work. The past reviews would suggest this has been an ongoing problem that management is aware of. I also reported the issues we had with it. I would not suggest staying here if the internet is important for what you need.Walkability: You could walk to a couple of nearby restaurants if you needed to.

Sylvia was amazing! Mistakenly booked a smoking room, saw I had kids and asked if I preferred non-smoking. Changed it on the spot. Check in, check out was easy. Great customer

I didn't stay there. My daughter and I started working there in November. We quit after my daughter had a wreck and we could not make it in. When I told Mrs. P all she had to say is I can come get y'all. When I told her we was at the hospital. All she had to say was yeah ok.... Anyway we was supposed to get our last check December 27,2022. When we went up there I was told my daughter picked them up.. no she didn't she had been with me all day... Then I was told Mrs.P took them with her.. Then when I called her today she told me we didn't have one because she had to go back over the room's....which was a lie.. then hung up on me.. so I guess we work for free...but that ok....

Room smelled of heavy smoke. We asked for non - smoking, dead bugs all over the place. Not just the floors either. No bedbugs thank God. Floors haven't been moped in forever. From the shower to the bed we had to re-wash our feet to get the black off. Staff carts shown no evidence of mop buckets nor

Incredibly rude. We stayed there and the partying that went on was incredible. I went back to look for keys I dropped at the same time toss a trash bag in the bin. I was literally threatened by housekeeping with the police. As I was setting my GPS she walked down to continue to harass me. As she was on phone with property manager, they both threatened me. I'm also in customer service and the woman on the phone should have heard both sides. It was disappointing and disgusting the way I was treated. I'm sending a complaint to corporate. Why didn't they give that treatment to the meth party. Incredible experience.

Very disappointed in our stay. We had a room with 2 queen beds but one pillow in each bed. Hardly enough for my husband, 2 kids, and myself. Called the front desk and ask for 2 more pillows because the room didn't have the 2 per bed it was supposed to. They were really rude and told me they didn't have anymore. No apology, no explanation. Will not stay here again.

Very bad experience. Room was dirty. Top blanket was stained BAD!! Tenants above me were loudly fighting & screaming. The front desk cleck was awesome though, bless her for dealing with all this.
