About Payton Park
Payton Park is a community with a variety of businesses and services. Residents and visitors appreciate the different shopping options, including Walmart, Subway, Five Below, and a new T-Mobile store, which has made traveling to nearby cities unnecessary. Many reviews highlight the Walmart stores in the area, with some noting that the Sylacauga Walmart has poor stock and is the worst they’ve experienced, especially compared to other locations like Chelsea or Talladega. Parking lot changes, such as speed bumps, are also disliked. Other businesses like Hobby Lobby and Western Union are used, though Hobby Lobby has experienced closures. Overall, people find the shopping experience in Payton Park mixed—some stores are convenient and appreciated, while others have room for improvement. Despite some frustrations, residents remain loyal and look forward to better services in the future.
