After purchasing a used vehicle and an extended warranty, this establishment has done everything in its power to either NOT fully honor our signed agreement or recollect money they used to correct issues by intentionally sabotaging my vehicle while in their facility for routine maintenance.After having an oil change performed, I was told that I had $1,200 in maintenance that needed immediate attention. After taking my vehicle to another facility for a double check, I was informed that everything they had quoted and told me was a flat out lie. Furthermore, that sabotage has taken place on my transmission in efforts to collect almost $1,000. This other facility is agreeing to restore my vehicle back to road safe status on their dime given the amount of misleading information and damage that Toyota of Sylacagua has performed on my vehicle over the past year.

Today we visited Toyota in Sylacauga to have a paint protection application done. We were met by Robert Whited. He welcomed us with a huge smile and was extremely helpful. WhileOur service experience with this young man was such that a page could be written, I can say this, if I owned a dealership and needed a Service Manager, I would seek him out! Yes he is THAT GOOD! Thanks Robert! You are absolutely awesome!

The buying experience was amazing. Tony worked until he found the car I wanted. CJ is great he is helping me with all the bells and whistles. He is great with James and me. I am sure I will test him in the future but I know he will be there for me. I can't believe I have a Ruby Red 2024 baby. Thanks guys to all of you! You are the best.

From the initial phone call requesting appointment for routine maintenance to actually arriving to the dealership was awesome. I was met within a few seconds by Terra Shaw, which was amazing and got me checked in super fast. Once I was escorted to the waiting area, which was clean and comfortable with good coffee, by the way. My whole service appointment went with a hutch and was smooth and I was informed all thru the process.

She was super helpful, patient with my auto ignorance, and very knowledgeable about my questions and concerns. Keep an eye on this star because she a total asset to your company!!!

Always an amazing experience there! Went there for service on my car and they were amazing giving me all the details and keeping me updated on my car and even got my price lowered! Robbie was very understanding and super nice throughout the whole time highly recommend!! Customer service 10/10 always!!

Great experience today! Our first time to visit and it was easy. Good communication from first phone call , to the test drive, and any concerns. Great customer service, friendly folks, even stayed late to finish up our buying experience and tomorrow they are delivering our pre-owned mint condition vehicle! Couldn’t be more happier!

Most everything was good. Staff was friendly and oil change was done. I know it's tough to keep a clean engine with a oil change. That's why I asked to make sure NO OIL DRIPS ON THE MOTOR.BUT l still had to wipe oil off the extremely hot exhaust manifold and an electric fan motor. The runny oil can catch ? fire.

Had a very simple, streamlined experience. I worked out the details of what I wanted over the phone, made an agreement, and the car was delivered as expected, and right on time. Sales, Finance, and delivery people were very friendly, quick, and were the key to me having a wonderful experience.When ready for my next Toyota, Sylacauga Toyota will be my first call. We passed by Toyota of Sylacauga on our way home from vacation and saw a vehicle we wanted to check on, it was late but Jeremy was willing to help us; however we decided to just go back first thing the next day. Jeremy welcomed us with the vehicle out and ready to drive, after driving a few other options and doing some paperwork we found our vehicle a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4, we gave the team an almost impossible task but they not only took care of us they treated us like family. Even if we hadn't bought anything I would still recommend Jeremy and the rest of the team at Toyota of Sylacauga!

Sylacauga Toyota does a good job in the service department. The young lady who assisted me is the best! Reviewing the service technicians findings and approving them over text couldn’t be easier. Not a bad value to get genuine Toyota factory service. Granted a lot of those recommendations are not essential and many are overpriced. $66 to replace the cabin air filter (which costs less than $20 at O’Reilly’s and takes about 5 minutes to change) is way too pricey. However if you’re are discerning and selective about getting the essential service items Sylacauga Toyota is top notch!
