Tonight the whole town come together for a Christmas parade. Walgreens always has their restrooms open during the parade, well tonight they decided to close them. I will definitely never shop here again! That is the most petty thing I've ever seen a business do.

My youngest poured boiling water on her feet and it instantly caused the skin on the top of her feet to bubble up. My sister suggested getting Silvadene for the burns. Of course I don't have any and know nothing about it. So I call the pharmacy at the local Walgreens and the gentleman who took my call was very patient and let me know the medication is a prescription and after he answered a few of my questions the pharmacist agreed that going to the ER would be the best option. The pharmacist didn't have to be so patient or helpful, especially since I don't even use that pharmacy normally.

This Walgreens location in Sylacauga has terrible customer Service.They never pick up the telephone after the autobot places you on hold; I have waited 50 minutes many times before...to still get no response.The cashiers are rude and act like they are doing you a favor.There drive through window is never in operation.When you call in for a refill and they have you a time it will be ready..it NEVER is!Corporate Walgreens needs to know these things.

The pharmacy is absolutely the most inept I have ever experienced and on multiple occasions, not just one. I honestly don't see how they are still in business. I would give them negative stars if possible.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR PHONES?? For one!For 2.. I’ve been trying to get my medicine for 3 days!! This is ridiculous! You people DO NOT CARE ABOUT US!!Even as I waited patiently at the counter for over 20 minutes until I was FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED!! I’m over it!Fill my medication. And I’ll move my prescription to another place.

Rude customer service. Phone is always down. Doesn’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Tells you it’ll be ready at 11… come back at 1, they still haven’t done it. They do not wipe off anything. Come on! I could go on & on. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Worst pharmacy in the state! They will tell you a time you can pick up,you wait an extra hour,make a 45 minute round trip,and they tell you to come back in an hour! This is EVERYTIME!

The pandemic has done its part in cutting hours and leaving them understaffed. I completely understand how frustrating this can be and I do my part in being patient with the employees. I’ve encountered many instances where people are not so understanding of what the employees have to deal with and I apologize on behalf of them. The pharmacy staff is very efficient in getting any medication needed, even when shipments are off. They do have issues with their systems shutting down after a severe storm as I also know this is something they can’t control but they adjust to the circumstances as best as they can. All around 5 stars for them. I know all too well how hard it can be to have to deal with ignorant customers and still try to help them in the same breath.

I’m giving them 2 stars and that’s being generous. I moved here from Birmingham and this Walgreens is always too busy and the people who work there treat you like you’re bothering them when you call up there or go to pick up a prescription. I’ve always used Walgreens because I’ve always got great 5 star service from them. It’s not the company’s fault completely it’s the help if they were to treat me kindly and not act like they’re frustrated because I’m trying to get a prescription filled or ask a question I would completely over look how slow they are. Also they’ve been out of a medication that I get every month on the same day and it’s happen2 times now in less than a 6 month period. So frustrating I just wish all Walgreens made their employees treat people the same like Chick-fil-A because that would be my pleasure.
