“Loose fuel cap light came on in my car today as I went to run errands. I tried to adjust it multiple times and restarted my car. It didn’t work. So I stopped at O’Reillys thinking I will just get a new one. There were some very helpful gentlemen in the store. One in particular by the name of JC actually put the new gas cap on. He fixed the “tethered” issue and fixed the dash light too. On a day like today You really don’t know how much I appreciate that. Thank you so much!”
