worst nail salon ever, was do rude to me me when i went, i had to go back atleast 3 times just because the polish kept coming off one of my toes…
and then i went and got my nails done by them and the lady was handling me so roughly and hurting my nails, after i get my nails done i should not be in pain. and then to think i even told her “thank you” and she looked me dead in my face and ignored me.
but then charged me so much just for basic gel acrylics.

I just walked in to get my nails done for the first time ever in my life. Diabetes has took a toll on my nails so I wanted to get them done to regain confidence. Well as soon as i told them what I wanted she said she couldn't and wouldn't do my nails to come back tomorrow. I understand that these places have the right to refuse service but there is a level of professionalism and courtesy that should be placed into any transaction. The look on her face told me since I was a man wanting my nails done I must be gay and she didn't want anything to do with it.

I have given them chance after chance, just thinking they were having a rough day, wore out, whatever. But this has been the case MANY TIMES, over years of the same issues!!!! Yes, years. I got the Spa pedicure, my toenails were cut crooked, he cut me with clippers. The polish is very sloppy, very thin in spots, super thick in others, multiple spots without polish. Absolutely terrible 😞 😢 I don't know how they're still in business because I can not be the only one that's had many issues.

My daughter and I had a manicure and pedicure a few weeks ago. I need a manicure but as I thought about our last visit, I realized that I absolutely will not go to Beauty Nails. The woman who appeared to be the owner was very pushy and rude. She rudely told us what pedicure we were going to get before we looked at the services. Her demeanor was very disrespectful and aggressive. I won’t be going back there.
Stylist: The older woman that appeared to be the owner is rude, disrespectful, pushy, and aggressive.

My best friend went their they were rude to her the person doing her nails was not paying attention and cut her finger when it was time for her pedicure the water was to damn hot

Haven't been there for awhile. I went today because it was convenient. Never again. I was the only person in there. Cut into pinkie toe. Got plain manicure. Clear polish. Afterwards I spent over an hour at Walmart. Looked down and my clear polish on fingernails had turned YELLOW! AS IN BUTTERY YELLOW. Couldn't go back because of groceries. I'm done. Really done. No wonder there was absolutely no one else in there.

I just had to leave and they charged me $15 to soak my nails off which is a over lay set and I can’t go back to them poor poor service
