Budget Inn & Suites is a budget motel offering clean, updated, and newly remodeled rooms alongside some rooms described as a total dump. The staff is consistently noted as amazing, great, kind, and welcoming, going above and beyond for guests. The location is away from high crime areas, close to the race track, and minutes to amenities. It is considered a safe and quiet place for crashing after a long day, with great weekly and monthly rates. While some rooms show wear, it is presented as a perfect cheap place for those with low expectations.
Price is pretty high based on the rooms conditions but it's good for a quick stay. Didn't expect anything fancy. Office people were great and extremely nice.
August 2026
The floor was still wet from housekeeping mopping the floor and there was no hot water. Other than that the stay was ok.

I ended up not staying there because they said I didn't have a booking even though I had the confirmation email from them. They offered me a room at a much higher price than what I booked for. I didn't see the rooms but the outside was not as awesome as the pictures.
