Friendly and professional service! My car, an older now discontinued model, needed brake and rotor work done. I also wanted the air conditioner looked at since it wasn’t working well. From my first visit to get a quote to the time the work was done, all the staff was easy to work with. After I brought my car in, they kept me updated during the day and explained the work being done. An additional part was needed and not locally available, but they were able to get it from a nearby town. All was taken care of that day and I’m pleased with the work! Thank you Roger, Adam, and James!!

James has been taking care of me and all my vehicles for quite some time, all the boys in the shop are always smiling and very respectful! They never hesitate to explain further and I never feel taken advantage of! Those boys got my business for a lifetime as long as they remain open!!

Will be a repeat customer after the wonderful care and service that was provided at Express in Talladega, AL. The shop manager and his team fixed my problem and went above and beyond to take care of issues with the steering on my car. Wonderful service!!
