I went there for years. I used to have my prom hairstyles and cuts when I was a teenager. I'm 30 now. It says that they accept walk-ins but that depends on what time it is. I had been in the hospital for 3 weeks prior, So there was a large mat in the back of my hair from being in the hospital not having conditioner and only a tiny comb to try to brush my long hair with that was mid-back or longer. I didn't go in explaining much I didn't feel the need to say I was in the hospital this is why my hair.was.the way that it was. The stylist proceeded to spend 2 hours using me like I'm a rag doll.Eventually she stop trying to untangle it washed it and cut it off above my shoulders like I asked her to do in the first place. They stated that I'm not the first one and I won't be the last to come in there with their hair in a mat. I assume they thought that I was some kind of drug addict who let herself go. I suffered through it I paid at the end and I even tipped because I knew that would be my last time there. Hopefully if someone else is in the hospital and has a hair crisis trusting that someone else would fix it without judgment This is definitely not the place that you want to go to.

First let me say I wear glasses and you have to take them off for a hair cut so I could not see what was done. My hair was halfway down my back and I asked to have an inch taken off and my long layers trimmed. Instead they cut it up above my shoulders and layers about an inch long all over. It is so short I cannot even wear it up in a clip. If you want a hairdresser that does what you ask do not go near this place. I look horrible and have cried every since I left. I will never go back!!

Great experience! My daughter's haircut turned out fantastic. They are great with kids and were prompt with their service. Better hair cut and less expensive than most other places.
