This service is horrible. Tax specialists take FOREVER to get back to you, and they don't even give you instructions afterwards how to pay your taxes. I've never paid SO MUCH ($250????) for someone to never respond to my messages and not explain the significiant upcharge in my tax payment this year (work as a contractor). As much as I thought TurboTax was a crapshoot, H&R Block is worse!!!!!!!!!
