I was at the Nashville store today and was told Bank of America cards weren’t going through right and I’d have to verify the charge. I did get a text from Bank of America and I did verify the charge. I was told by the cashier again that it wasn’t working right. I then transferred money from my bank to m cash app card and everything worked fine the first swipe. I checked my bank account when I got home and there were 6 charges from Simply 10. I have disputed the charges with the bank so I’m hoping it gets resolved

I love the clothes, even though am a plus size, I still can find something for me. The price is great, and even though everything is $10 and under, they are not cheap clothing. Worth every penny. Thanks

Poor customer service. If you go go strictly to get a deal and not good for good customer service. The Management is worse then dealing with people in the streets. They argue with customers and close the store early. Really wish they would pay to afford better employees. As much money as the store brings in its a shame to have to deal with such bottom if the barrel attitude having management.
