I understand that my credit is not the best . One of the reasons why I joined the credit union to rebuild and so forth . They state “ they don’t loan anything based on credit scores and credit history, but the relationship that you have with them .” GREAT right ? NO . I log in to apply for a loan and it says PRE APPROVED . So I apply and then boom denied because of my credit . Absolutely not. FALSE INFORMATION

Great experience. Love Tallassee Guardian. Especially Bree Pearce for personal stuff and Jenny Faulk with mortgages. They are always so willing to help and don’t mind you asking them a million questions. All the employees at Tallassee Guardian are great but definitely recommend Bree Pearce for in branch stuff, Jenny for mortgage information, or Erin with their insurance department. They are the absolute best!!

Have had my account since I was 18 and I’m now 22. I absolutely love everyone here and have never had a bad experience let alone anything other than a great experience. Breanna is my go to loan officer and is knowledgeable and always a sweetheart. When I’ve use Amber it’s been just as great. The branch manager Amanda is absolutely amazing and keeps the bank and staff in amazing order and morale! Couldn’t recommended them more!

Great bank but the only thing I think should change is the hours at least stay open til 5pm and Saturdays til 12pm. Again very nice, friendly people. Love my Guardian Credit in Tallassee ?

I am very pleased with the services that I have received from Guardian Credit Union in Tallassee. I am very impressed with the staff and officers in this branch. They are professional and courteous and knowledgeable about the task they perform. I have banked with several other banks and credit unions throughout my business endeavors, but Guardian is the best in my opinion.
