Great price and great people I went to grays first and they tried to tell me my ball joints were bad and it would cost 1600 but I came to Parker they informed me instead of taking advantage of me that grays was trying to over sale me and they did my wheel allignment for cheap price of 109.95 Thanks Jody

F-150 wrapped out on ne while parked in a clients driveway. Called Parker and they arranged for a tow truck to collect the truck and driver was there within 30 mins. Didn't have to pay a thing.
Towed back to shop and they called to get me know it was fixed within 2 hours.
They are in Tallassee, but the tow truck services all of lake martin. If you need a tow, just call Paker.

Thank you Jamie and your team for looking at my 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 sever shaking steering wheel when braking problem. The short of it is, it was a sticking brake caliper from sitting for a long period. In short, the team drove the truck to get fluid going correctly and problem no longer exists. This team is superb! Thanks Brad Parker for the best service in the area. You are why I trust and have used you for over 20 years. 5 star!!

They did a good job, it took several days for them to begin work on my vehicle both times I’ve had it taken there, which I understand because they are busy. The first time I had my vehicle taken there for a repair I had to have work completed somewhere else, but they got me going even though they were unable to diagnose all of the issues. The second time I went once they began work the mechanics were quick and solved the problem and the lady working in the office was kind and helpful. I would use them in the future, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry for a repair.
