If I could give them a ZERO star I would!! They have lost 2 very important cards with checks enclosed several months apart. When I went to ask the lady at the post office she sais. 'NEVER PUT YOUR MAIL IN THE BOX ON THE WALL RIGHT OVER THERE??? And she laughed about it. She also said, ' it's funny, but it's not, but it is, a lady was just in here earlier and was trying to locate a letter she had mail, and what's funny about it, she said it was going to be delivered to someone in Tallassee, but they never got it either.' Why do card envelopes that are being mailed out of that post office never reach their destination????

Missed delivery due to package needing to be signed for. I set up customer pick up and put it under someone else’s name. Receptionist was rude at the counter saying information given wasn’t correct in which it was and wouldn’t release the package. She also hung up in my face when I called to ask why package wasn’t released. Come to find out, they put the package out for delivery again when it wasn’t supposed to be.

What is with the mail carriers that deliver in Reeltown? Very seldom do we get mail on Saturday and at least 3-4 times a month we get the message that mail is out for delivery and then after 5pm we get another message saying delivery attempt unsuccessful or mailbox not accessible. The mailbox is right on the road where it has been for 15 years. We live a mile back on our property so they have never delivered mail to the house. The road is in perfect condition. So how is is not accessible? Have complained to the Post Master more than once and nothing changes. We are the only ones down our road but you still have to drive down there, maybe we have outgoing mail! Please step up to the plate and do what the job right.

The company I work for has a mail carrier who’s supposed to walk inside to drop mail and pick up mail. If we don’t have mail she just drives off instead of coming in to see if we have any outgoing. We have time sensitive mail that has to go out.

I've had problems with Tallassee's mail carriers loosing my mail so I went to the post office in Tallassee and they aren't any better. This problem has resulted in several stop payment fees so if you want your mail to get to its intended destination I wouldn't depend on Tallassee Post office

my packages always get from here to ny in 2 days maybe 3 at most, and i always get my packages on time. Fast in and out process. Everyone is really nice.

Every time I’ve ordered something it is scheduled to arrive “On Time”. That is until it makes it to the Tallassee USPS. It’ll show “Out For Delivery” and never make it until at least 2 days later. What is up with the Tallassee location and holding on to packages like this?

No signage out front at all, so easy to miss even with maps loaded and directions dialed in. It's like they don't want visitors (correction - tiny sign in muted colors near street).

My mail lady takes all my packages to another address. Always the same house,just not my house. When she pulls upto our mailbox she's always on her phone

They have a lady that is filling in from another post office. She is slow and not very helpful. She obviously doesn't want to be there. They had a good employee, but she went to work at Neptune. It looks like they could find someone a little nicer and a little more efficient. I guess they don't like her at her base post office so they send her to Tallassee to get a break from her. If you are in a hurry, go ahead and drive to Wetumpka or Montgomery. It will be about as fast as waiting in line here.
