Bought a brand new 2022 new holland 450 roll belt through a guy who had bought the baler from them 4 months ago. Can’t get service when call, won’t respect warranty, we’ve had to call twelve different times about the warranty recall and they still haven’t come. We called three weeks ago, AGAIN, and they said they would come out in a week. Well it’s been 3. And we’re still in a hassle trying to get these people. Oh yea and don’t forget the 700 dollars they charged us to come out and unclog the hay out of our baler! So fed up so tired of it and still have a brand new broke baler. Everytime we call they say they’ll call back or they’ll be out within a week. Neither ever happen. I couldn’t even begin to recommend this place to anyone and thanks to their own service I’ll be going else where to buy any new equipment. Do not buy through this place they’re horrible and don’t even respect their own company.

The new MX5400 is the 2nd tractor I've bought from this dealership. An M7040 cab was the first, 10 yrs ago. I also have an L3010 I bought many years ago before they were in business. Still have all three. Not only are the tractors great, but this dealership is top notch on standing behind you if you have an issue! Parts people are friendly too, when you need filters, etc. I'd recommend Clay Parris and the rest of the guys including Kevin ( the delivery guy) to anyone looking for a new tractor!

I would have been okay with them bought some Stihl chainsaws weed eater and blower they two cycles so they told me to buy the oil that would double the warranty the weed eater would run up to it got hot cut off it was a carburetor problem the boy up front sent me to the girl in the back and she said it didn't cover the carburetor. Well carburetor a magneto coils all the gas and it fired. I'm retired mechanic I'd fix diesels I worked at international place when I was 18 till I was about 22 and I moved all the bigger and better things. It's just a fact to be dishonest I don't like that send a friend up there he spent about 1500 try to be a good customer to them but I'll take my business to Greens in Athens . And they have about seven people up there talking but ain't nobody waiting on you.and look like they hate to be there.. liars that's what they are they didn't honor there warranty oh i bought the 270 farm Boss from greens agriculture in Athens because of how I was lied to about the oil and the warranty.
