I have several different facilities throughout two different states and this location seems to be the best of them all. Management is very aware of paying attention to the security and treating me as a person!!! Being able to get a hold of their customer service is also a big help!!

Been renting here since it was Storage Port. Has done nothing but go downhill since Istorage bought it. My rate literally goes up every other month & I AM NOT exaggerating. They say the exact same lines as to why every single time. I have 4 unitsI You'd think they'd try to help keep you at a good rate instead of trying to run you off.. I CAN NOT wait until I can move out! At least Clint tried to keep the ppl at a decent rate smh. (Please spare me the auto response of- Please contact us to discuss your concerns. Thats pointless)

Worker said she would inspect my unit and send me an email within 10-15 minutes. 6 days later I still havent received my move-out email, cannot get anyone on the phone and I've received another bill.
