Megan the site manager was super helpful, very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable of all the rates for different units. The facility is very clean and well kept. I've recommended it to all of my friends and associates to come by and make it there preferred storage spot. The location is super convenient also, especially for me any my business. Megan is the best, her customer service is unmatched!

Have been with this storage facility for the last 3 years, while I am still out of state at the moment. I love the customer service here and how close it is to both Athens and Decatur. If I ever need storage again, I will 100% come back here.

The customer service representative was not as knowledgeable as she should have been. The actual unit was dirty when we arrived to unload our items. Hopefully things will smooth out.
