Terrible service! My 74 year old father bought a phone and it didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it so he asked for a refund(I paid for the phone). The girl said they couldn’t refund at the store, call customer service. Called customer service and they said it could be refunded. Went back, and the same girl just admitted she didn’t know how. Lying to a 74 yo man. We now have to go a third time in the morning bc the supervisor wasn’t available. Who sells a broke cell phone then and doesn’t try to fix the situation? Terrible service. Never go to this store, the attitude is terrible!

Got a moto razer flip on dec 13th broke on new years and they refused to help me and claimed I never purchased the moto phone from their store. Thanks miss piggy looking girl you’re zero help.

I just called Sunday 10/29/23 at 1:40pm the young lady answered the phone with the rudest attitude through a telephone for customer service I told her never mind did not want to bother her at her WORK worst customer service I will call corporate as well. I hate you had to work today ???

The 2 ladies there have exceptional customers service they were very helpful with assisting me with my new device overall the best location so far these ladies are awesome they also help me save $30 Please visit this store if your ever in there area.

Another bad location to visit. The two young ladies in there were so busy smiling at the man in the store, they failed to give me details about my upgrade correctly and charged my card wrong but keep saying they're correct.If you're going to steal from the customer, do it discreetly.Pay attention and don't sign anything until you know for certain things are correct!!!!!

I'm only giving this location 5 stars because I was on the phone with customer service for 1.5 hours and they still couldn't help me switch my Sim cards over and I was only on the inside for a few minutes

I just wanna share this loophole I found with metro that could help people that lose or damage their phone before the 6 month upgrade period. You can actually go in and get a free phone on a second line and change the numbers, then cancel your old line the following day. Just like that!! Customer service is awesome!! It beats have to pay the 100+ for a new phone. Of course it only applies to the phones on that free deal.
