I’ve had problems since day one with new tires. $1200
It took a couple months to find out that they installed tires that were not rated for a 3/4 ton truck and they had internal failure one by one. 3 months of service and terrible ride and I had to purchase another set. $1200.
Ive been back a dozen times but they don’t stand behind the warranty.
Their equipment is also way out of date.
Beware. Poor service and quality across the board.

Wow he knows his business. Went in with a question and he looked at my car cadylitc converter and got me everything I needed for repair the next day. Plus 2 other things will be fixed. Just moved to the area and will have this place on my immediate list for now on. Very knowlegable, efficient, great prices.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLACE .
Nothing physically wrong with rims when went to them had transfer tires from a 2 Jeep rims to 2 Chrysler rims.
A young guy starts beating wildly with a sledgehammer on Jeep rim then to tire then beats on tire of Chrysler tires fortunately he didn't beat rims . After tires were transferred young guy proceeds to throw Chrysler rim with tire on it into my friend's vehicle blindly with no regard on what of who was in there .
A middle aged man politely hands me the other Chrysler rim with tire.
Then young guy curtly spouts " have you taken care of your bill in office "
My reply was " No , i'm still waiting on my other rims ( Jeep) where are they ? "
Young guy goes gets them and tossed on the ground in front of me i pick them up and load them in vehicle. Then went paid bill.

I’m never disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years. I first “discovered” them when they had a location on Dauphin Island Parkway. After it closed, I started going to Theodore location.

I should have known when they were going to let me leave with my truck still broken after they told me it was all good that something wasn’t right .Since they were referred by a friend I gave another chance I didn’t even pull out the parking lot and they realized they forgot to put on the new ball joint for the control arm but in order to go back into it they charged me another 85$ . I also provided 8 new spark plugs and coils I was told that the coils were the wrong ones but they would change out the plugs . As soon as I left the truck started throwing the same code for misfire that I came there with so instead of take it back I decided to take a look myself and not to my surprise there were still the old spark plugs in there . So if I’m told they were installed yet the old ones are still In there and I don’t have the new ones Then I guess they just robbed me of my new plugs . It’s a very bad situation to be in when you have just been lied to about your vehicle and realize they were going to let me drive off with my truck still in same condition but I’m already 800 bucks in in just a week . But it’s even. Worse a situation when you barley make it home and check under the hood to realize you’ve just been taken for the parts you purchased and charged extra for their mistake . I’m not one to write bad reviews and I was even willing to just take the loss and charge it to lesson learned for leaving the truck after I was clearly lied to and everyone knew it and being such a sucker and paying extra for them to go back and change the ball joint I was told after paying was no good . But the spark plugs and coils topped the cherry and instead of sulk about how dumb I was to fall for it and get robbed I figured I at the very least need to let it be known that this place is a complete scam run by the shadiest part changers mobile has to offer !

Went check prices on tires and had great prices . Better than Walmart tires.
